A booking fee is required to hold the date and set appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable but will be subtracted from balance owed. The booking fee will not be refunded in case of cancelation or no-show.

If appointment is at the Cleveland Henna home studio, your appointment starts at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. So PLEASE BE ON TIME. If you are late, the time will be subtracted from your appointment unless you want to pay to extend the appointment (if artist is available). If you will be late, please text ETA to 216-513-4545.
